On this Sunday in the Garden, we celebrate our co-founder, Tim Tiger, who entered his Chow Chow Relish and Thaitastic Salsa in the Champaign County Fair and won! Over me. Both categories are considered Rosette, which means there is not just a first place winner, but a Grand Champion, so Tim is a Double Grand Champion winner! This honor is even more significant, because it means the Tigers have dominated the relish and salsa categories at the Champaign County Fair since 2019! Tim's entries are on the right:
