Monday in the Kitchen at TG, 11/20/23

So excited about my first in-person canning class at Parkland College on November 18, 2023! We made Strawberry Jam, and they all got to take a jar home. (Truth be told, it hadn't set yet, so there's homework already, lol!) I will be teaching again twice in the Spring, so be looking for those dates. I loved it so much, I'm hoping to be asked back quite a bit, and, of course, I'm putting all of our classes online, so look for the Canning Academy to open soon!
