This jelly was actually made very recently at the end of 2023 (not in 2022 -- needs new label for picture). We were gifted 8 bags of apples and made everything from apple jelly to apple butter. Apple jelly is so fun to make! The juice of 5 lbs of Jazz apples foams up to barely boil over the pot in the most dramatic fashion, but then cools down to make golden jelly, so sweet and Jazzy!
