This pure golden jelly tastes like honey, but with the consistency of jelly. It is a lighter flavor than say, a dark berry jelly. It costs more because I have to pick each and every one of these back-breaking beautiful flowers. And it takes two days to make, because I have to make a tea first, and then, the jelly. Totally worth it!
