This Roasted Red Pepper Soup is SO much better than store-bought, they're not even in the same stratosphere. What started out as a fake taste test (because of course, ours was going to be better, duh!) with an expectation that there would be competition, was an exercise in making 3 versions of this soup for the purpose of doing videos. And ending up with Amazing Roasted Red Pepper Soup for the Farmer's Market!
