2023 Summer Squash Relish
I call it, "Summer in a jar!" Our Summer Squash Relish is a Grand Champion Winner from the 2019 Champaign County Fair! Ingredients from our garden: Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Bell Peppers, Red Onions. We also added sugar, vinegar, celery seeds, mustard seeds, and tumeric.

Our wonderful Squash Relish pairs with anything you would eat sweet relish with -- hot dogs, hamburgers, tuna salad. I like to put an ice-cream scoop of squash relish in between two halves of a hamburger patty for a fantastic veggie burger on the grill!
