2023 Grilled Peach Salsa
Our Georgia Grilled Peach Salsa is a Grand Champion Winner from the 2019 Champaign County Fair! Ingredients from our garden: Red Peppers, Red Onions. Georgia peaches came to Urbana 2x this year, and we got plenty of Illinois corn at the markets. We also added Cumin, Red Pepper Flakes, Cayenne and Black Pepper, Smoked Paprika.

Our Grilled Peach Salsa pairs with anything you would eat with Salsa. We like it best with Tostitos Multi-Grain Tortilla Chips! They went away during the pandemic as major brands cut back on the amount of specialty products they were producing to cut costs, according to the manager of our favorite County Market, but they're back, and Momma and Papa Tiger are thrilled. Our Salsa also goes with celery and other crunchy veggies, and also becomes a nice condiment on white fish, such as Chilean Sea Bass!
