I saw it on Stephen Colbert early in 2024 during his interview with Barbra Streisand. It is the perfect name for our new BarBraQ sauce -- I made it a few nights ago. It is a ketchup recipe that starts with a Mrs. Wages recipe that turns out super runny. I added 6 cans of tomato paste, light corn syrup, and boiled it off and on for 2 days. That was to get ketchup. To make it BarbraQ is to add brown sugar, red pepper flakes, Worchestershire sauce, and yellow mustard (that's what gives it the tang!)
